With offices in Annapolis and Hanover, Maryland, our team is dedicated to improving energy efficiency and sustainability in homes across the region.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Representative - Home Energy Auditor to join our friendly and growing sales team. The ideal candidate is passionate about energy efficiency, has strong communication skills, and possesses a background in residential construction or home repair.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct 5-6 comprehensive home energy audits (2–4 hours per home) per week using diagnostic tools and building science principles.

- Assess insulation, HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and overall building performance.

- Educate homeowners on energy efficiency improvements and create sales proposals for insulation, air sealing, HVAC, and related services.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through quality customer engagement and solution-based selling.

- Work in-person with the team at the Hanover office for reporting and sales Mondays to Fridays.

- Participate in weekly team meetings (Monday mornings at the Hanover office).

- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

Required:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid Driver’s License

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience

- Minimum 1 year of residential construction or home repair experience

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong sales skills

- Ability to work independently and have quick turnaround for reports and quotes

- Your own reliable vehicle

Preferred:

- BPI Certification (Building Performance Institute)

- If not certified, company-paid training and certification are provided.

Compensation & Benefits

- Guaranteed Base Salary: $850 per week

- Commission: $500 to $2,000+ weekly (salary commensurate with experience)

- Annual Pay Range: $58,000 – $200,000 based on performance

- $500 signing bonus for BPI-certified candidates
