What You’ll Do:
Canvass neighborhoods and generate leads like a machine
Educate homeowners on roof damage, insurance claims, and solutions
Close deals on the spot and guide clients through the process
Own your area and your income — no limits, no hand-holding
What You Bring:
Fearless attitude and relentless work ethic
Door-to-door or roofing sales experience (preferred but not required). Leads available as they come in to those who are showing effort.
Confidence, charisma, and the ability to earn trust fast
Strong follow-through and accountability — no babysitting here

•Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
•Provide product knowledge and recommendations to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
•Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
•Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
•Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
•Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
•Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements
•Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
•A proactive attitude towards learning about products and improving sales techniques.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
•Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
