YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Lead Generation & Client Outreach:
•Visit construction sites for cold prospecting.
•Establish connections with architects and contractors.
•Utilize permit databases, social media, and other channels to find leads.
•Manage Incoming Inquiries:
•Respond promptly and update CRM records.
•Handle Bids via BuildingConnected:
•Prepare and send accurate quotes.
•Guide Clients Through Every Step:
•Perform on-site measurements.
•Coordinate project details — materials, schedules, teams.
•Draft and finalize contracts.
•Process payments and gather feedback post-project.
•Track progress, deadlines, and client interactions.
•Support Marketing Efforts & Office Tasks:
•Contribute to marketing initiatives.
•Assist with calls and translations when needed.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
•Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales — construction industry experience is a plus.
•Familiarity with façade materials like ACP and siding is advantageous.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
•Ready to travel locally for site visits and measurements.
•Tech-savvy, with CRM knowledge.
•Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
•Conversational English proficiency.
