Are you a driven sales leader who thrives on developing people and building relationships that open doors to new business? American RooterDrain is looking for a SalesBusiness Development Manager to grow and lead our sales team while expanding our presence with cities, schools, contractors, and commercial clients.
In this dual-impact role, you'll coach a team of sales professionals and personally develop partnerships with municipalities, school districts, and industry partners to generate qualified sales leads for your team to close. Thus is support of the residential leads we are dialed in on driving thru other marketing efforts
What You'll Do:
•Lead, coach, and grow a team of sales professionals.
•Develop partnerships with city and state agencies, schools, plumbing contractors, and more to grow large scale projects in the commercial, industrial, and municipal spaces.
•Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings.
•Ensure your team hits sales, gross profit margins, and customer satisfaction goals.
•Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to drive results.
•Monitor KPIs and hold your team accountable for success.
What You Bring:
•5+ years in sales management, business development, or both.
•Proven success leading teams of 10+ and building B2B relationships.
•Experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction, or related industries preferred.
•Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
•Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
What We Offer:
•Base Salary + Performance Bonuses = Target Compensation of $80,000- $200,000+ depending on team and personal performance
