CMI sources and processes recycled ferrous and non-ferrous metals across North America and ensure they do not end up in a landfill or go to waste. Our recycling stream ensures that all the ferrous and non-ferrous metals that enter our yards will create something new again!

As CMI continues to grow we are looking for passionate people to join our team. We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Sales Administrator. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks and activities within CMI. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing workloads and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Manage and ensure the accuracy of records and documents

•

Receive and respond to customer inquiries

•

Process and analyze data to ensure accuracy of information

•

Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other organizational tools

•

Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner

•

Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence

•

Perform other related duties as assigned

What will make you a valued member of our team?

•

High School Graduate

•

Post-secondary education in an administration or business program is an asset

•

Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience is an asset

•

Customer service oriented, possess tact and judgement in dealing with difficult and demanding customers

•

Ability and desire to learn, seeking growth in career and job function

•

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

•

Intermediate computer skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

•

Must be able to respond to tight deadlines during regular and peak periods and to last-minute demands and requirements

•

Organized, detailed oriented, ability to prioritize tasks

•

Ability to work with little supervision

•

Possess problem analyses and solving skills including basic arithmetic computations
