Position Summary
Performs clerical and administrative duties related to the execution of the company's contracts, blanket orders and long term agreements.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
•
Assists in the creation and delivery of customer related correspondence (e-mail, phone, letter, etc.).
•
Serve as a liaison with internal and external parties
•
Assists in the creation and delivery of quotations and customer presentations.
•
Assists Material Sourcing Specialist on pricing from vendors and PO entry.
•
Enters forecast data related to contracts, blankets and long term agreements into company ERP and MRP systems.
•
Creates management reports regarding the performance of contracts, blankets and long term agreements.
•
Manages the filing, archival and disposal of documentation related to contracts, blankets and long term agreements.
•
Reviews, confirms and provides data entry for customer purchase orders
•
Attention to detail with ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
•
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
•
Serve as backup on sister division quotes.
•
Serve as phone backup.
•
Enter lost activity detail related to stock outages and/or pricing.
•
Other duties as assigned.
