Position Summary: To serve as a point of contact for orders, deliveries and provide support for sales team.
Handle customer orders, provide auxiliary support for sales team and organize important information related to sales.
Job Description:•
Supports BD Director and Account Manager in screening opportunities
•
Supports BD Director in executing action items resulting from his meetings.
•
Prepares quotes for standard/price book products
•
Works with Account manager to compile documentation prior to order approval and/or entry.
•
Compiles sales activity reports that include wins, losses and inquiries
•
Compiles monthly sales forecast report
•
Processing orders via email or phone
•
Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
•
Contacting clients to obtain missing information or
•
Receiving and processing purchase orders.
•
Issuing sales transaction invoices and notice of ready to ship.
•
Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
Preferred Education and Experience:
•
Bachelor’s degree in related field
•
Five (5) years in the field or related field
•
Preferred Oil & Gas related experience
•
Excellent verbal and analytical skills
Physical Strain:
•
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
