McKenzie Glass is seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you will be instrumental in assisting customers both in person and over the phone. Additionally, you will be tasked with ordering materials, providing measurements, receiving deliveries, cutting glass, and helping with various office tasks.
The primary list of skills and responsibilities is as follows:
Duties and Responsibilities for Retail Customer Service Representative:
● Greet Customers and keep front lobby tidy
● Use a tape measure and measure product for customers
● Write Estimates, Work Orders, and PO’s in our Glass Manager program
● Lifting materials up to 75 lbs - including glass, materials, and other packages
● Repair, replace, or build customers related glazing needs
● Maintain cleanliness & operation of shop, office, & property
● Keeping up maintenance of shop vehicles and company tools
● Delivery and pick up of glass, parts, and paperwork as needed
Skills and Qualifications for Retail Customer Service Representative:
● Demonstrate an ability to learn new programs quickly
● Prior phone experience preferred but not required
● Prior glass cutting experience preferred but not required - training to be provided
● Previous accounting experience preferred but not required
● Fork lift experience preferred but not required - training to be provided
● Preemployment drug testing required. Ongoing random drug testing.
Job Details for Retail Customer Service Representative:
● Temporary to Hire - initial hire through temporary agency.
● Holiday and Vacation pay after 90 days
