At 57 Concrete LLC, a leading ready-mix concrete distribution company, We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact between our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support; This person needs to be organized, friendly and professional.
Responsibilities:
•Handle customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
•Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume tasks effectively.
•Provide accurate information about products and services.
•Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns in a friendly and effective manner.
•Manage product requests, returns, or exchanges, ensuring company policies are followed.
•Record customer interactions in the appropriate system.
•Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues or improve processes.
•Stay updated on products, services, and company policies.
•Provide exceptional customer service and foster positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
•Previous experience in a similar position (minimum 1 year preferred).
•Proficiency in MS Office
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Positive attitude and outstanding interpersonal skills.
•Ability to solve problems efficiently and promptly.
•Knowledge of computer tools and customer management systems.
