Act as Contact for Sales Personnel. Maintain positive working relationships with internal sales personnel and work with them to resolve potential adjustment issues. Proactively identify potential issues and follow up with appropriate parties to resolve timely.
Serve as the Credit & Billing Specialist in Sales Service Center: Manage workload throughout month to ensure timely completion of rebills and adjustments. Communicate and maintain close working relationship with corporate accounts receivable team. Work with Sales Service Center to continuously improve processes and reduce frequency of billing adjustments.
Manage credit & rebill process. Submit credit/rebill invoices and AR adjustments in appropriate systems. Work with internal sales personnel to revise customer invoices and ensure accuracy of customer’s account. Identify and track key performance indicators focused on rebills & adjustments. Maintain excellent internal and external customer service. Assist with other closing, reporting, and reconciliation tasks as applicable.
Education. Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Experience. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in customer service.
Functional Knowledge. Must have knowledge of products, concepts, practices, and procedures.
Technology Skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
