PAC Worldwide is growing, and we’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager who’s ready to go beyond—to drive regional growth and deepen customer connections across key markets.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Customer Experience team, leverage cutting-edge tools, and represent a portfolio of products that lead the market.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and execute sales strategies that grow market share and profit

- Cultivate relationships with end-users and distributors alike

- Highlight the value of PAC’s innovative packaging solutions through compelling demos and conversations

- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer service

- Track opportunities and progress in our CRM and deliver timely business reports

- Represent PAC at trade shows and industry events

- Travel throughout your territory to meet with clients and prospects

What You Bring

- 2+ years of outside sales experience (packaging background = major plus)

- Proven record of sales success and high customer satisfaction

- College degree preferred, but not required if you bring results and grit

- Strong communication skills and self-starter mindset

- Integrity, accountability, and initiative—you do what you say and own your outcomes

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
