You’ll manage a team of sales representative that cover multiple sectors of business.

- Lead, mentor, and manage Sales Managers to deliver on sales targets and business objectives.

- Oversee the performance and development of Sales Representatives through Sales Managers.

- Implement and execute regional sales plans in alignment with the Sales Director’s strategy.

- Monitor sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and ensure accurate CRM data management.

- Identify market opportunities and support Sales Managers in customer acquisition and retention.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development to support sales initiatives.

- Drive adoption of sales tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

- Support contract negotiations and pricing strategies as needed.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to the Sales Director.

You Are

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Minimum 8-10 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in energy solutions or related industries.

- Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams, including Sales Managers and Representatives.

- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.

- Willingness to travel within the region as required (up to 50%).

- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.

- Basic tech experience in industrial experience – transactional understanding

- Proficient verbal and written communication abilities in English.
