We're hiring a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a keen understanding of talent acquisition strategies and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Experience in door to door sales or recruiting for sales teams is a massive plus. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in aligning our workforce with the company’s strategic goals.

Requirements

We're looking for a team member who is ready to take initiative and own this zone. There will be a mixture of a base salary ranging between $25-45k per year, with bonuses and commissions based on volume of recruits and their sales outputs. The estimated total income is between $35k-$60K within the first months, but as the systems are scaled up and developed there is potential for much higher earnings.
