We are looking for a full time receptionist/admin assistant. Must be able to multi task and prioritize workload. Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Outlook, Excel.) Experience with Sage Accounting an asset.

- Answering and routing phone calls
- Greeting visitors
- Processing payments
- Billing
- Purchasing
Business hours are Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm
- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
