We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. - Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Assist with basic accounting functions as directed by the CFO.
- Provide personal assistant support as needed, including handling correspondence and preparing reports.
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks, including document creation and spreadsheet management.
- Maintain an orderly office environment by managing supplies and equipment.
- Support other clerical duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
