As a Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that the products or services meet established quality standards and customer expectations. This role involves coordinating and implementing quality control processes and meeting ISO 9001:2015 quality standards, conducting audits, and collaborating with various departments to improve overall product/service quality.
Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure products/services meet specified standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production or service delivery teams to address quality issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, test results, and other relevant documentation.
Prepare comprehensive reports on quality metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
Communicate findings to relevant stakeholders and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality standards and procedures.
Work with teams to ensure that all employees understand and adhere to quality control processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Liaise with customer support teams to address quality-related concerns and implement corrective actions.
Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to quality, specifically ISO 9001
Ensure that the organization's processes and products comply with relevant quality standards and regulations.
Work closely with production, engineering, and other relevant departments to address quality issues and drive improvements.
Facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve common quality goals.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Engineering, etc.).
- Proven experience in quality control or assurance roles.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001).
- Experience with quality management systems and tools.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
Technical Report writing.
- The role requires constant movement in a manufacturing plant that is not climate controlled.
