JOB DESCRIPTION:* Order all supplies needed for all departments:
+ Masking.
+ Racking.
+ Plating.
+ Quality.
+ Uniforms.
+ Shipping.
+ Bathroom Supplies.
+ Chemicals.
+ etc.
•Maintain Inventory of all items.
•Coordinate a system of automatically reordering items when products reach a certain level to ensure that the company does not deplete any supplies needed in manufacturing any particular part of a job or disrupt office and administrative functions.
•Create purchase orders for all items ordered.
•Check all items received and record items received and not received.
•Negotiate pricing with Vendors.
•Verify pricing is consistent and accurate.
•Maintain supply room and keep supplies secure.
•Monthly inventory of everything from chemicals to office supplies, from gloves to toilet paper.
•May be required to perform other duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
•The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance setting involving electronics, motor diagnosis and repair, instrumentation, electrical, and general mechanical.
•Plumbing / Electrical experience required.
•A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred.
•Forklift Certified – (we can certify for you).
•Proficient in Microsoft Office.
•Excellent written and verbal skills.
•Computer skills required.
•Math reasoning required.
•Strong Communication Skills.
•Ability to work well with others.
Hours:* Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.

Salary:* $18-$20 per hour.
