Job Description: As a Production and Inventory Specialist, you will contribute to various operational facets, encompassing device assembly, meticulous inventory control, and rigorous quality assurance. This role offers substantial opportunities for professional growth within SmartBarrel, with the potential to advance into specialized roles as the team grows.
Key Responsibilities
•
Assemble SmartBarrel devices, including soldering and the precise integration of electronic components.
•
Proactively order and manage necessary materials from vendors to ensure optimal and efficient inventory levels.
•
Assist the team with handling of warehouse deliveries.
•
Assist with packaging and shipping of SmartBarrel products.
•
Troubleshoot and solve reported device issues from our customers.
•
Maintain accurate and current production metrics and quantities through diligent updates.
•
Ensure all SmartBarrel products consistently meet the highest quality standards before distribution.
•
Support R&D efforts to improve our products and continue serving our customers.
What We’re Looking For
•
Technical aptitude and familiarity with electronic components and assembly processes
•
3-5+ years of relevant experience assembling, soldering and integrating electronic components.
•
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and order supplies as necessary
•
Ability to handle various logistical aspects of the warehouse including deliveries, shipping, and packaging
•
Strong attention to detail for tasks such as quality assurance and updating production metrics
•
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
