Job Summary: Omega Partners III, LLC seeks a project manager to oversee and manage capital projects as well as managing routine maintenance and necessary repairs (mechanical, electrical, etc.) at its terminal facilities, which include pipelines, pumps, barge docks, truck racks, and railroad spurs.

Omega Partners’ customers include Fortune 50 companies and large energy, commodity trading, and chemical companies. Omega Partners has terminal locations in seven states and owns liquid marine tank barges.
Position Reports to: Director of Terminal Operations
- Oversee and manage all phases of capital projects (including new revenue generating projects) at Omega’s terminal facilities.
- Oversee and manage routine maintenance and repairs to equipment at Omega’s terminal facilities, including pipelines, pumps, barge docks, truck racks, and railroad spurs.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and logistics plans.
- Manage relationships and regularly communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and other vendors to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Solicit, review, and analyze proposals, change orders, and other relevant documents.
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with budgets and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential challenges such as delays, resource shortages, and technical issues to maintain project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with local permitting processes and safety regulations.
- Proactively communicate changes or concerns to terminal managers and principals.
- Special projects / other duties as assigned.
· Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or a related field.
· 2 – 5 years of experience as a project manager or similar position.
· Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and .DWG files.
· Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to be self-directed to solve issues.
Some travel is required, though travel dates are flexible.
