Job Summary

Rabalais I&E Constructors is seeking an individual who possesses the skills, aptitude, and ambition required to contribute to our organization as a

Project Assistant

working primarily from our corporate office in Corpus Christi, Tx.

In general, no specific experience is required, and training will be provided.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining standard project reports.

- Assist in developing & maintaining project deliverables.

- Interact with company representatives, customers, and subordinates.

- Assist Project Manager and Superintendents in the execution of job requirements.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

- Ability to methodically approach detail-oriented tasks.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Works effectively in a team environment.

Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision and oversight.

Physical Demands

- Ability to work a 10-hour shift, at minimum, and overtime when necessary.

- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive for prolonged periods of time.

- Ability to walk up and down multiple flights stairs.

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

- When required, wear all necessary PPE and conform to other site-specific requirements.
