Join our dedicated team as a Project Assistant, where you will play a key role in supporting our field services team. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of tasks that keep things running smoothly every day. You’ll organize meetings and conference calls, book rooms, and ensure equipment is ready for training sessions. Beyond scheduling, you’ll research and prioritize incoming requests - including sensitive or confidential matters - and determine the best course of action. Collaboration is a big part of the job, as you’ll work closely with other departments to keep communication flowing and projects on track. You’ll also review data and help analyze it and update reports as needed. If you’re organized, proactive, and enjoy making sure everything is in its place, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.
This role offers a hybrid schedule in Tempe, AZ or Las Vegas, NV, combining remote work with 2-3 days on-site.
- High school diploma required.
- 2-5 years prior experience with working knowledge of administrative support activities.
- Knowledge of software tools to include, but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Adobe.
- Knowledge of office protocols and procedures.
- Must have effective communication both written and verbal to convey information.
