We are looking for an individual to become an assistant to our Project Management team.
Compensation: $23/hour+ based on experience, plus commission
- Submit paperwork so employees can get onto bases and job sites
- Review incoming contracts and redline as needed
- Assist with submittal process
- Typing and sending out estimates
- Responsible for learning and understanding invoice requirements for each contract assigned as these vary per contract
- Responsible for preparation of Contract Closeouts
- Assist in performing daily/general duties
- Receiving and forwarding mail
- Email correspondence
- Answer and forward appropriate calls
- Schedule and coordinate travel when needed
- Follow company procedures and processes
- General clerical duties
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively
- Ability to adapt quickly and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced work environment
- Basic knowledge and experience in administrative/assistant project management duties in construction- required
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
- Knowledge of Acumatica (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Slack (Preferred)
- Ability to read contracts (Preferred)
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in a professional setting
- Ability to think critically and problem solve
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background test
