The Production Scheduler plays a critical role in keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly and on schedule. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring production activities to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time. - Plan, create, and execute weekly production schedules across multiple manufacturing operations, including roll forming, laser tube cutting, assembly, and welding
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet delivery commitments
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels while forecasting future material and production needs
- Coordinate and manage customersupplied materials to support production flow
- Create, manage, and maintain routings and bills of materials (BOMs) within the ERP system
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and process optimization
- Serve as a key point of contact to proactively identify and resolve production issues
- Partner closely with production, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with a focus on production scheduling or planning
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; advanced Excel skills are a plus
- Experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, QAD, or similar
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadlinedriven environment
