Automatic Products is a busy Sumner Machine Shop manufacturing parts for both commercial and aerospace customers. We are currently looking for a Production Office Assistant. 3-5 years office experience would be beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must. This position will work with our Production Manager as an office assistant to all Shop Leads. MUST have a valid Washington State Driver’s License.

Set-up each department’s monthly meetings, distribute meeting material
Gather all info needed for the Leads to perform reviews
Retrieval of any time records needed by HR
Stock and monitor all forms for the Production Office
Stock and monitor office supplies and report shortages
Monitor and Review Quality System documents for all Leads
Ability to sit, stand, and move around throughout the day, as necessary
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Mental capability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately under time constraints
Emotionally able to deal with feedback, should it occur, on inaccuracy or incompleteness of performance
Ability to handle decision making, problem solving, and record keeping
Strong attention to detail even under high-pressure situations
Ability to work amiably with coworkers and management

This is a full-time position
Wage is dependent on experience, $19 -$22 an hour range
