- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks when needed.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure clarity and correctness.
- Support office management functions including inventory tracking of supplies.

- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
- Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on administrative roles.
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, typing, and data entry is essential.
