- Manage multi-line phone systems, answering calls promptly and professionally.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Support office management duties, including reconciling invoices and maintaining inventory.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for various administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Proficient in Outlooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with front desk operations and customer service.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent typing skills and computer literacy.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. Chinese Mandarin preferred.
- Prior experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred.
