Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Production Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily focus on prepping and treating apparel using our Direct-to-Garment (DTG) process, as well as assisting with jewelry assembly. Since we’re a small business, flexibility and a willingness to help with different tasks are essential.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and treat apparel for DTG printing.

- Assist with jewelry assembly and other production tasks (training provided).

- Perform general manual labor tasks (standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs).

- Work efficiently to meet deadlines with strong time management skills.

- Adapt to different roles and responsibilities as needed to support team members.

- Provide occasional customer service support when required.

- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.

- Flexibility to take on varied tasks in a fast-paced small business setting.

- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience in production, apparel, or jewelry is a plus (not required).

- Customer service experience is a bonus.

Job Type: Starting as part-time season position, with potential for a full time/ long term position.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
