Curtis Power Solutions, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for an Operations Manager at our location in our Charlotte, NC location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage department profitability through labor utilization, cost control, and financial analysis

- Oversee technician performance, staffing levels, and training

- Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for parts and services

- Oversee administrative functions including work orders, billing, and warranty claims

- Ensure compliance with company policies and power generation service standards

- Collaborate with other departments to drive overall branch success

Qualifications:

- 3+ years in operations or service management, preferably in the power generation industry

- Strong financial, leadership, and customer service skills

- Experience with repair order workflows and warranty claim processes

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
