Portable Stone Crushing Plant Supervisor/operator

Portable stone crushing plant operator maintains equipment, personnel and customer relations for contract crushing and screening services. Assist with maintenance repairs as needed. Comply with all company, OSHA, and MSHA safety rules and regulations. Ability to lead a team of 5 associates to perform daily crushing tasks. This position requies a strong crusher maintenance background to lead and motivate a crew on all aspects of equipment operation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

Specific skills include mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, welding, diagnostic and general maintenance. Ability to cut, weld, and fabricate steel. Knowledge of equipment (e.g. conveyors, crusher, Screens). Has the ability to identify and assist in repair of mechanical malfunctions. Good communication skills both written and verbal. Able to work well with others and multitask. Valid driver’s license.
