In this job, you’ll work as a Lead in a team environment on timekeeping process improvements; partner with other Payroll Specialists on continuous improvements and best practices; and collaborate with our business partners to optimize automation to increase efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve various conventional problems, questions, or situations in accordance with defined criteria, practices, or protocols related to timekeeping, including disability claims. The Senior Specialist will also lead various projects on behalf of her leader.
