Red Cap Plumbing and Air is currently seeking a Payroll Processor to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees.

- Dynamic, Collaborative, and Family Oriented Environment- Prepare and process weekly payroll for 150+ employees
- Review timesheets for all departments/obtain manager approvals for timesheets
- Review/Audit bonus reports received prior to payroll processing and import into UKG if proper approvals obtained
- Maintain employee satisfaction by accurately and efficiently handling payroll inquiries
- Enter data into UKG HR/Payroll system
- Follow defined payroll approval processes and maintain accurate records of payroll documentation
- Work with HR Business Partner to update any employee information
- Calculate ad-hoc wages, benefits, tax deductions, etc. as needed
- Collect, verify, and update direct deposits
- Enter garnishments through payroll software (UKG)
- Assists in collecting data for assigned audits
- Performs additional duties as assigned by Chief Human Resources Officer, Vice President Human Resources, or Payroll Supervisor
- Data entry oriented with ability to retain confidential financial information.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of previous Payroll experience with basic accounting principles knowledge- Knowledge of UKG and Intact preferred
- Knowledge of Service Titan preferred
- Intermediate or Advanced user: Microsoft Office (word, excel and power point)
- Must be able to work effectively and with a positive attitude in a high paced environment
- Must be able to communicate clearly with vendors/employees and have an outgoing phone personality
