Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Specialist located in Fort Worth, TX. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll, managing payroll records, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and addressing payroll-related inquiries. The role also includes coordinating with the HR and finance departments, preparing payroll reports, and handling any payroll discrepancies.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in payroll processing and payroll software

- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Experience with report preparation and data analysis

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred

- Experience in the construction or pipeline industry is a plus

- Experience in Human Resources with a SHRM-CP or PHR
