Part Time Administrator

Part-Time Shipping Desk Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Shipping Desk Assistant to support our busy shipping department. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicates well, and can handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and complete shipping documents and paperwork

- Schedule and call in trucks for pickups and deliveries

- Perform data entry with accuracy

- Assist with general shipping desk tasks as needed

- Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams

Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail

- Good communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize

- Basic computer/data entry skills

- Previous shipping or logistics experience is an asset but not required

Position Details:

- Part-time hours (1-6:30 pm)

- On-site role

- Opportunity for additional hours during busy periods
