Assistant Administrator

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Administrator to join our team. Duties

- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients/sales/deliveries in a friendly and professional manner.

- Ensuring all messages are accurately recorded and communicated.

- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and updating client information as necessary.

- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents to ensure an efficient office workflow.

- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.

- Support the administrative team with various office tasks, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

- Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and readily available.

Experience

- Familiarity with office procedures and administrative tasks is essential.

- Proficiency in typing and data entry is required

- Attention to detail is crucial for accuracy.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Experience with clerical duties such as proofreading documents will be advantageous.

- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
