Location: Tiger Machining Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Starting Wage: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience) Dress Code: Office Casual

We’re looking for an energetic Administrative Assistant who is organized and personable someone who thrives in a multitasking environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general administrative duties including phone reception, filing, and data entry.

- Handle AR/AP entry and assist with visa reconciliation (Expense Point).

- Set up and manage work orders and maintain customer and vendor databases.

- Manage and order office supplies as needed.

- Prepare and organize documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.

- Work across multiple data platforms efficiently.

- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

Qualifications:

- Previous industrial or customer service experience is an asset.

- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Adobe programs.

- Experience working with Sage accounting software is an asset.

- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

- Outgoing, energetic, approachable, and adaptable personality.

- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
