About This Job

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our construction projects. This role involves visiting job sites, verifying the quality and completion of work, and ensuring that projects stay on budget and meet expectations.

Responsibilities:

•

Visit active and completed job sites to inspect work quality

•

Verify that jobs are completed according to scope, safety standards, and company expectations

•

Compare actual job costs to estimates and flag discrepancies

•

Communicate with project managers and field crews to resolve issues

•

Document progress and findings with clear reports (Google Docs/ Sheets) and photos

•

Help streamline operational processes and cost tracking

Requirements:

•

Proven experience in construction operations or supervision

•

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards

•

Ability to assess workmanship and adherence to scope

•

Comfortable working in the field, with reliable transportation

•

Good communication and problem-solving skills

•

Basic proficiency with spreadsheets, reports, and job-tracking tools

Nice to Have:

•

Background in estimating or cost control

•

Experience with project management tools or software

•

Bilingual a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,058.00 - $51,492.00 per year
