Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing our operational effectiveness and contributing to our overall success.
Responsibilities
•Project manage 30+ projects from start to finish
•Manage project schedule via Google Calendar
•Placing all material orders for projects and the shop
•Requesting material quotes & working with vendors
•Overseeing inspections of projects with the city
•Maintain organization within each project to ensure efficient workflow.
•Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and vendors.
•Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks.
•Support various clerical duties as needed to facilitate daily operations.
Skills
•Proficient in Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
•Ability to operate Mac OS software
•Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
•Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
•Effective proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
•Demonstrated office management experience is preferred.
•Strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
•Professional phone etiquette for effective communication with stakeholders.
•Experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
