Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the execution and management of our global dance and house music events. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives in a constantly evolving environment and enjoys being hands-on in both strategic planning and day-to-day event management. The position will involve working closely with different teams, managing event logistics, building systems, and supporting recruitment efforts. If you're passionate about music, events, and operational excellence, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
•Daily Event Coordination & Team Management:
•Communicate daily with leadership to determine tasks and priorities for the day.
•Oversee the smooth execution of events, including managing team members and ensuring all operations run efficiently during our events.
•System Development & Process Management:
•Create and document operational systems for event execution, including scheduling calls, managing group chats, and organizing follow-ups.
•Continuously assess and improve existing systems to streamline event management processes.
•Coordinate and schedule pre-interview calls with potential team members.
•Assist with the recruitment process by ensuring timely follow-ups and communication with applicants
•Venue & DJ Coordination:
•Reach out to venues and coordinate logistics for upcoming events
•Create group chats for DJs, Promoters, and other event team members to ensure smooth communication before and during the events
•Art & Branding Distribution:
•Send daily promotional art, flyers, and relevant materials to all relevant parties
•Ticket & Promotion Updates:
•Provide daily ticket sale updates and tracking for each DJ and promoter for all our events
•Help coordinate set times for each event
•Expansions & New Endeavors:
•Help build new 1st Gen cities around the world
•R&D for future expansions as well as testing new company concepts across various 1st Gen cities
•Assist in brainstorming and developing future projects / companies
Qualifications:
•Experience in project coordination, project management, or a related field.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
•Self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems as they arise.
•Knowledge or interest in the music and event industry is a plus.
