About Us:
We’re a trusted commercial cleaning company that’s been proudly serving clients since 2008, led by a hands-on owner/operator. As we expand, we’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to support daily operations and help build a stronger, more efficient business. This is a field-based role with regular travel across Western Ohio and Eastern Indiana.
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct onsite inspections to ensure quality standards
•Meet with clients to maintain satisfaction and address concerns
•Manage employee scheduling, especially time-off requests and call-offs
•Pick up and drop off cleaning supplies (e.g., rags, mops) at job sites
•Order and restock cleaning products and equipment
•Fill in for cleaning staff during call-offs or emergencies
Schedule:
•32–40 hours per week. We offer flexibility in how you structure your week, but to support the team and clients effectively, you’ll need to be available at times during both the day and evening.
•Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend coverage
Requirements:
•Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
•Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
•Comfortable driving regularly throughout Western Ohio and Eastern Indiana
•Able and willing to step in to assist with cleaning tasks when needed
•Experience in cleaning, operations, or logistics a plus
