The Opportunity
We’re seeking an Office Manager / Bookkeeper who will:
•Own day-to-day office administration (filing, scheduling, supplies, vendor relations)
•Manage full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks (AP, AR, bank reconciliations)
•Process payroll accurately and on time
•Build and maintain Excel-based financial and operational reports
•Communicate clearly with field crews, vendors, and customers
•Help refine processes and implement systems as we scale

Key Responsibilities
•Bookkeeping & Financials:
•Full cycle AP/AR, invoicing, collections
•Bank reconciliations and month-end close support
•QuickBooks setup, cleanup, and optimization
•Weekly or bi-weekly payroll processing with QB
•Garnishment, vacation, and overtime calculations
•Reception, mail, supplies ordering, vendor management
•Scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
•Create and maintain Excel dashboards for financial KPIs, job costing, and productivity metrics
•Identify inefficiencies and propose workflow improvements
•Take on new functions as the company grows
Who You Are
•Experienced: 3+ years in bookkeeping/office administration with expert QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills
•Professional & Positive: A can-do attitude, polished communication, and a team-player mindset
•Dependable & Organized: Time-management wizard; you meet deadlines without fail
•Growth-Oriented: You want to take on increasing responsibility and advance as we expand
•Asset Skills (not required): Safety coordination background, sales support experience, familiarity with oilfield operations
