Paramount Power, Inc. is seeking an Office Administrator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for our Service and Administrative teams in the fast-paced emergency power service industry. Qualified candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.
Data entry (enter customer information and products, add schedule maintenance, add customer notes)
Schedule and document all department commitments for repairs, maintenance, installation
Notify customers of scheduled PM dates as assigned
Log and track all service work orders. Reconcile all open tickets
This position requires excellent communication skills both oral and written as well as the ability to work well in a team environment
Proficient in the use of E-Mail, Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks
Preferred but not required: Current Florida Notary Public
Hours are Monday- Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
