Office Assistant / Runner

Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.

- Responsibilities will include supporting functions to our operations. Ability to meet demanding work load and deadlines.

- Coordinate operational reporting to the appropriate departments

- Assist Project Manager and other field personnel as needed.

- Microsoft Outlook experience and proficient in Excel

- Help with Day-to-Day operations at the Industrial facility

- Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.

- Able to handle multiple tasks at one time.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
