This person should be organized, a positive mindset, and great problem-solving skills. The ability to think critically is a must. Experience working in jewelry or luxury goods is a plus.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

- CAD design experience is helpful but training will be provided
- Teamwork and ability to get along with others
- Conversational Spanish is a plus
- Bachelor degree preferred
Administrative and General Support: This can be a broad category, but it is essential for the overall function of the business. Tasks may include:
- Assisting with day-to-day office tasks, such as organization and tidiness.
- Providing support to other team members and departments (e.g., sales, production).
- Data entry and maintaining records related to production, inventory, and orders.
Order Management and Fulfillment: This involves the administrative side of getting orders to customers. Key tasks include:
- Managing and organizing the production schedule to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
- Placing and expediting orders, keeping track, and delivering to work stations.
- Communicating with clients about orders and their progress.
- Identify defects, damages, and inconsistencies in finished products
- Provide feedback to production team regarding quality control concerns
