Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Although this may be your primary role, you are expected to be cross-trained in other areas of the business and assist as needed to support overall operations.
- Make and receive phone calls
- Schedule item pickups
- Respond to emails and messages on Facebook Marketplace and OfferUp
- Assist customers in our physical storefront
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Improve operations and efficiency
- Decrease turnaround times
- Streamline work processes
- Work cooperatively to provide quality, seamless customer service
- Use sound judgment in managing daily tasks within established guidelines
- Follow all company security policies and procedures
- Cross-train in other areas as needed
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

Hours/Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
