Advanced Green Home Solutions, a successful energy efficiency company located in Hanover MD, is seeking a skilled and experienced in-person Office and Marketing Assistant to join our friendly team from 8:00am to 5:00pm Mondays to Fridays.
Job Overview - This role requires excellent communication, organizational and writing skills, great phone mannerism, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative support for an efficient operation.
- Handle weekly marketing efforts contacting customers and CRM management.
- Answer phones, emails, and schedule our services.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an office environment is required. Marketing knowledge preferred.
- Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license and your own transportation to the office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
