Department: New Account Setup

Location: Logan, UT. Hybrid (In office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Wage: $15.30 + Performance Tiers

Overview

Coordinators are responsible for completing early-stage data entry for all NAS properties. Their primary tasks involve importing units and tenants into YODA and assisting with special projects across onboarding.

Responsibilities

- Confirm an EDE connection has been established

- Reference any unique unit/tenant info as documented by the Setup Specialist

- Compare unit information against USPS database

- Review tenant information and resolve any discrepancies

- Import unit and tenant data into YODA

- Complete other standard data entry tasks using Pg2 information

Requirements:

Qualifications

- Manages time efficiently

- Basic understanding of the NAS process

- Understanding of the company purpose, goals, and objectives

- Self-motivated and accountable

- Good comprehension skills
