We’re hiring an Associate Account Manager—an entry-level position designed for recent graduates who want to build a career in sales and account management. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn our business from the ground up. This role is the first step toward becoming a full Account Manager. After completing your training and demonstrating success, you’ll transition into managing your own portfolio of clients, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.

- Completing extensive hands-on training in the yard, gaining experience in material flow, safety protocols, and metal recycling logistics.

- Supporting account managers with client relationships, pricing strategies, and account performance analysis.

- Learning negotiation techniques and understanding market dynamics to prepare for managing your own client portfolio.

- Collaborating with operations teams to ensure service excellence and deliver effective solutions.

- Transitioning to a full Account Manager after successful training, managing clients, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.

- Assisting with reporting and data analysis to monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

- Recent graduate in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Willingness to work in both office and yard environments during training

- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn the business end-to-end
