Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building relationships with clients and leading them to beneficial solutions.
- Average 80-100 outbound calls daily to seek out and engage potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Develop and maintain exceptional dialogue with clients to encourage strong long-term relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through consultative conversations that transform perspectives.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall sales strategies.
- Possess the capability and willingness to outwork everybody around you.
- Humility and coachability are essential in this role.
- Proven success in sales for minimum of 4 years.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and develop conversation effectively.
- A high degree of self-awareness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Base plus uncapped commission. OTE $135,000 - $140,000 per year.
