In this role, you will focus on managing and supporting our Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Azure, Intune, AVD, SharePoint, OneDrive) and assisting with general IT operations. You’ll handle tier 2+ support tickets, assist in site reliability engineering (SRE) tasks, and help drive automation as we expand into Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
· Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD/Entra ID) environments
· Proficient in core Microsoft cloud services, with a solid grasp of:
o User and group lifecycle management within Azure AD
o Microsoft Intune for basic device configuration and compliance enforcement
o SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business administration fundamentals
o Core concepts of identity and access management in Azure AD/Entra
· Strong foundation in IT support and troubleshooting, including tier 1–2 help desk tasks, incident resolution, and end-user assistance
· Highly desirable hands-on experience with Power Apps/Power Automate, Microsoft Business Central, Entra and Azure AD
· Strongly preferred familiarity with site reliability engineering (SRE) concepts and monitoring tools to support system health and performance
· Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., MS-900, AZ-104) is a plus
