Job Title: Metal Finisher / General Laborer

Location: Corona, CA

Position Type: Full-Time, 1st Shift (Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm plus overtime)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Metal Finisher / General Laborer to join our dynamic team at David Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and precision of our fabricated metal products. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal finishing, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

Responsibilities:

- Perform finishing tasks such as deburring, grinding, and polishing on metal parts to meet specified requirements.

- Operate tools and machinery such as grinders and deburring equipment safely and efficiently.

- Inspect and ensure the quality of finished products, identifying any defects and making necessary adjustments.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to safety standards and protocols.

- Assist with general labor tasks in the fabrication process as needed.

- Collaborate with other team members to enhance workflow efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in metal finishing, welding, or a related field is preferred.

- Ability to handle physical workload and stand for extended periods.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Familiarity with safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing and equipment.
